These terms cover your use of dxntops.com, operated by DXNTOPS, No. 10 Ruibao North Street, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, China. A quotation, sample approval, or purchase order that we both confirm in writing controls that order. These website terms do not replace that document.

What this website is

The site presents our factory, processes, and a catalog of emblem and badge programs for importers, wholesalers, and OEM buyers. There is no checkout and no public price list. Catalog photos and titles are references for fitment and finish. A listing is not an offer to sell that exact piece at a stated price.

Typical program notes on the site — minimum order around 100 pieces, a mockup in about 24 hours, samples in about 5–7 days, bulk production in about 2–3 weeks — describe how most projects run. The dates and quantities that apply to you are the ones in the quotation we send after we see your artwork, quantity, and destination.

Quotes and orders

Send a project through Request a Quote, the contact form, email at support@dxntops.com, or WhatsApp (+86 13104850717). We reply with lead time, sampling, and pricing when the brief is clear enough to quote.

An order starts only when you accept a quotation (or we accept your purchase order) in writing, including by email. Until then, messages on the website, WhatsApp, or email are discussions, not a contract to manufacture.

You are responsible for the ship-to country, quantity, finish, and any marking or packaging you specify. If those details change after sample approval, lead time and price may change with them.

Artwork and brand use

Send artwork you own or are authorized to use. You confirm that producing the emblem, badge, or nameplate from that artwork does not infringe another party’s trademark, copyright, or other right.

We decline work that is an unlicensed copy of a vehicle brand or other trademark. Catalog pages that name a vehicle brand describe aftermarket-style reference parts and programs we can quote when you have the right to use the artwork. They are not a license for you to reproduce a brand you do not own.

Samples and production

A sample is for approval of size, finish, and mounting before bulk production. Bulk goods are made to the approved sample and the written order, not to a general description on a catalog page. Inspect samples when they arrive and tell us about any issue before you approve bulk production.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the inquiry forms. In particular, do not:

• Submit false contact details or content you have no right to send
• Attempt to disrupt the site, the inquiry service, or the verification check
• Scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors
• Present DXNTOPS as your own factory or as a party to a contract we have not signed

Third-party services

WhatsApp, email providers, and links to maps or other sites are outside this website. Their terms and privacy rules apply once you leave dxntops.com or open a WhatsApp chat. Our Privacy Policy describes how quote and contact forms are stored and emailed.

Site content

Text, layout, and original photographs on dxntops.com belong to DXNTOPS or are used with permission. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the catalog or site design for your own storefront without our written permission.

Product images are references. Color on a screen can differ from a plated metal part; the approved physical sample is the standard for production.

Liability

The website is provided as a business information and inquiry tool. We do not warrant that every page is free of error or that the site will be available without interruption.

To the extent the law allows, DXNTOPS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of the website (for example, a decision you make before you have a written quotation). Liability for manufactured goods is covered by the quotation or purchase order for that order, not by these website terms.

Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Courts in Guangzhou, Guangdong have jurisdiction over disputes that concern only the use of this website. A quotation or purchase order may name a different dispute process for that order.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms for later use of the site. An order already confirmed in writing keeps the commercial terms agreed for that order.
