This policy explains how DXNTOPS handles information when you use dxntops.com. We manufacture custom car emblems, chrome badges, and nameplates in Guangzhou and use this website to answer wholesale and OEM inquiries. We do not run a shopping cart or customer accounts.

Information you send us

The contact form and the Request a Quote form ask for:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Message (quantity, destination, finish, artwork notes, or other project details you choose to include)
  • Which form you used (contact or quote)
  • The page on dxntops.com where you submitted the form

We also store the time of the submission and a one-way hash of the IP address used to send it. We do not store the raw IP address in the inquiry record. A hidden field is used only to drop automated spam; if that field is filled, the submission is discarded and not saved.

You can also write to support@dxntops.com or message us on WhatsApp. Those messages include whatever you choose to send.

Why we use it

We use inquiry details to:

  • Reply with a quotation, sample plan, or follow-up question
  • Send you a short email confirming we received the form
  • Email the same details to our project team at support@dxntops.com
  • Keep a record of the conversation so a later reorder can match the earlier sample
  • Limit repeated or automated submissions

We do not sell inquiry data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

How a form submission is processed

  1. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission comes from a person using dxntops.com. The verification token is sent to Cloudflare and is not stored in your inquiry record.
  2. Our inquiry service (a Cloudflare Worker) accepts the form only from dxntops.com, checks the fields, and applies rate limits.
  3. The inquiry record is saved in our database (Supabase) so the team can quote and track the project.
  4. Email is sent through Resend: one message to support@dxntops.com, and one receipt to the email address you entered.

WhatsApp chats are handled in WhatsApp. Meta processes those messages under WhatsApp’s own terms. We use them only to discuss your project.

Hosting and site operation

The public site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection data (such as IP address and browser data) to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse. Product photos and catalog text are published from our content system when the site is built; browsing a product page does not create an account.

On dxntops.com we use Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode v2. Tags for Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Ads are loaded only through Tag Manager.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland see the open-source Silktide Consent Manager banner. Analytics and advertising stay off until you opt in. You can reopen Cookie preferences via the cookie icon at the bottom of the page.

Visitors elsewhere do not see that banner. Analytics and advertising categories are allowed by default in those regions.

When advertising measurement is allowed, a successful inquiry may send your email address and phone number to Google Ads as an enhanced conversion. Google hashes that data before matching it to an ad click. The message you typed is not sent to Google Ads. Turnstile may set a cookie needed to complete the bot check on the quote and contact forms.

How long we keep inquiries

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to quote, sample, produce, and handle a follow-up or a dispute about that project. Email us if you want a record corrected or deleted. We will delete or anonymize it when we no longer need it for an open order or a legal claim.

Sharing

We share inquiry data only with the service providers above (Cloudflare, Supabase, and Resend) so they can host the site, store the inquiry, or deliver email, and with our own staff who answer projects. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your requests

Email support@dxntops.com to ask for a copy of the inquiry we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Include the email address you used on the form so we can find the record. We aim to reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with your local authority. Contact us first and we will help you locate the record.

This website is written for business buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
