How illuminated car emblems are built

An LED emblem combines a chrome or acrylic face, a light guide that spreads the LEDs evenly, and a sealed housing with a 12V lead. We review your artwork for light bleed and hot spots before quoting, because thin strokes and small letters need a different light-guide layout.

Wiring, sealing, and legal-use notes

Grille-mounted LED badges are potted or gasket-sealed and tested for water ingress before shipment. Lighting rules differ by country, so importers should confirm local regulations for front-facing illuminated badges.

Custom LED car emblems: MOQ and sampling

Illuminated programs always start with a working sample so you can check brightness and color temperature. Most builds start from 100 pcs per design; bulk lead time is confirmed after the sample is approved.
